We respect the rights of artists, card makers and collectors. Card names and artwork shown on this site belong to their owners. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us and we'll look into it promptly.

What to send

Email legal@boomcardclub.com with:

• The work you believe is being infringed
• The address of the page on this site
• Your name and contact details
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized
• A statement that your notice is accurate, and that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner
• Your signature, typed or physical

What happens next

We may remove or limit the content while we review your notice, and we may tell the person who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address and explain why. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
